Once again this year, college scholarships are being offered by the Wrightsville Beach Longboard Association foractive, local student-surfers (female/male categories) seeking to further their education. Each scholarship awarded to the selected applicants will be for the coming academic year (2012-2013) and will be announced after May 1, 2012. Applications for high school seniors or college undergraduates are available from school guidance centers, financial aid offices and area surf shops. Instructions and guidelines for properly completing the application are included with all materials and on this web site. Note: Previous winners are ineligible. Participating individuals are encouraged to submit applications before the deadline of April XX, XXXXand all scholarship information should be mailed to:
